Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not happy with our product, here’s what you can expect.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition/packaging.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@bondiheels.com.au with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo (if relevant)

    We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we aren’t responsible for lost return packages.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We’re sorry! Please send a photo of the damage to hello@bondiheels.comau within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it.
